1. Scope of application
Shipping policy applies to all customers ordering school and public furniture products nationwide.
2. Delivery time
For available products: Delivery within 3 - 7 working days depending on the area.
For products ordered on request: Delivery time from 15 - 30 days, depending on production and shipping levels.
We will contact customers in advance to confirm the delivery schedule.
3. Shipping fee
Free shipping within the city in areas with our showrooms.
For other areas, shipping fees are calculated based on distance and total order value. We will notify in detail when confirming the order.
4. Receiving instructions
Customers please carefully check the goods upon receipt, if you find any damage, wrong model or technical error, please immediately notify the delivery staff or our customer service department. If the customer has signed for the product and there is no response within 24 hours, we will consider the product as successfully delivered and will not be responsible for any errors that may arise thereafter.
