Delivery fees are shown at checkout, along with the delivery methods available based on your delivery address and the items you have ordered.

All such offers are only valid for a limited time and are subject to specific terms directly associated with them. Promotions may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated on the Online Store. 3. Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Before placing your order, the checkout page will display available delivery options for your address, including estimated delivery times after we approve your order and the corresponding costs. If we approve your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone call containing all relevant order and delivery details.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, deliveries may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Returns
You may return any or all items in your order by notifying us and returning the items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
To return a product, please contact our Customer Service team and follow the instructions provided.
Returns are completely free of charge. If you choose to return an item, we will refund the value of the returned item(s), excluding any original delivery fees (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase. For orders paid in cash upon delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned items or from when you provide proof of return. If you do not receive your refund within 10 days, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
We will issue a full refund for any returned item provided it is returned in the same condition as when it was received. If an item is damaged, stained, faded, altered, or worn (beyond reasonable trial use) and its value has diminished, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund based on the reduced value. Therefore, please handle products with care.
5. Faulty Items
Is there a problem with your order?
Under applicable consumer protection laws, all products must be free from defects, conform to the sales agreement, and be fit for normal use as expected for similar items. Please submit a complaint to us if your item does not meet these standards—we are happy to help.

In the event of a situation beyond our control—such as government regulation, new laws, labor disputes, war or threat of war, riots, sabotage, extreme weather, fire, explosions, pandemics, epidemics, viruses, or natural disasters—we are not obligated to fulfill our contract with you. In such events, we are not liable for any resulting damages. However, you, as a consumer, retain the right to cancel your purchase in these cases.
