Rong Phuong Bac Company always wants to bring customers satisfaction before and after purchase with general, dedicated and timely customer care policies. Therefore, during the warranty period, any damage/malfunction under normal use or technical errors/product errors will be repaired or replaced by Rong Phuong Bac with new products/components of the same or similar type.

3-year warranty
2. In which cases are not protected?
- Products/components are not manufactured, imported and distributed by Rong Phuong Bac.
- Products have natural wear and tear, so long-term use or frequent direct exposure to sunlight.
- Any arbitrary changes, repairs or treatments by the customer without Rong Phuong Bac's instructions are not covered by the warranty.
- Products/components are damaged/incorrect due to customers' installation, use, preservation and protection of the product not contributing to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Products are scratched, torn, broken, cracked, rusted. Except for broken wheels, broken chair legs will be warranted.
- Products are damaged due to vandalism, impact, careless transportation, accidents, incense, natural disasters.
3. What should customers do to request warranty
To request product/component warranty, customers can contact the Warranty HOTLINE - 1900 0324 - 2 for support.
4. Completion of processing time
- 72 working hours in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, for products with available replacement parts.
- For products without available replacement events, the time to complete the maintenance work will be notified depending on each specific case.
- For products that need to be repaired, replaced, or renewed at the factory, the time to complete the warranty work will be notified on a case-by-case basis.
5. Other defined actions
- Customers need to create all favorable conditions and complete the registration procedures in the building for Rong Phuong Bac's warranty staff (if any).
This product warranty policy is an inseparable part of the sales contract between Rong Phuong Bac and the customer.
