1. Conditions for product exchange/return
The product is delivered with the wrong model, wrong size, or not as ordered.
The product has a technical error from the manufacturer.
The product is damaged during transportation.
2. Applicable time
Customers need to notify and submit a request for exchange/return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
3. Product conditions for exchange/return
The product has not been used, is not scratched or damaged by the customer.
The product has intact stamps, labels, accessories and purchase invoice.
For products ordered according to individual requirements (custom), we do not support exchange/return unless there is a manufacturer error.
4. Exchange/ return process
Step 1: Contact customer service, provide photos and order information.
Step 2: We confirm the product error and instruct the customer to return the product.
Step 3: After receiving the goods, we will check and proceed to exchange or refund according to the policy.
5. Exchange/ return costs
If the error is due to the manufacturer or the shipping unit, we will bear 100% of the exchange/return costs.
If the customer wants to exchange the product due to changes in personal needs, the customer will bear all shipping costs and price differences (if any).
